🛡️ Safety & Weather Policies
Continuous Supervision:
Our dedicated on-site worker is there to manage set up, track play elements, and maintain a safe environment. However, parents or event organizers must remain present to supervise the children at all times.
Sanitization & Cleanliness:
Health and hygiene are top priorities for us. We use clean, play-safe sand, and all digging toys, dump trucks, and construction blocks are thoroughly sanitized before and after every single event.
Rain & Severe Weather:
Safety is our absolute priority. Because the Dig Rig involves active outdoor play, we cannot operate in heavy rain, lightning, or high winds. In the case of severe weather, we will work closely with you to reschedule your event or provide a full refund.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
How much space do you need to park the Dig Rig?
We need a relatively flat, clear area to park the truck and trailer safely. A standard suburban driveway, a long curb space, or a flat parking lot works perfectly. If you want us to park on grass, the ground must be completely dry, level, and free of low-hanging tree branches.
We are not responsible for any ruts or damge done to the grass if directed to park the trailer there.
What ages enjoy the Dig Rig the most?
Our mobile playground is specifically optimized for children ages 2 to 10 years old. The giant sandbox, bulldozers, and excavators are a massive hit with the younger kids, while the oversized foam blocks and interlocking bricks keep the older, creative builders fully engaged.
How early do you arrive to set up?
Our crew will arrive approximately 30 to 45 minutes before your scheduled party start time. This ensures that the sandbox is uncovered, the building zones are perfectly placed, and everything is completely ready to roll the second your guests arrive.
Do I need to supply power or water?
No, you do not! The Dig Rig is a fully self-contained mobile play zone. We bring all the necessary equipment, blocks, toys, and sand with us. You just provide the space and the kids!
